Can I use a template for a product I sell?
Yes. You may use the templates to create ebooks you give away or sell. You may not resell, share or redistribute the template files themselves. See the Terms of Service for the full licence.
My download link isn’t working — what should I do?
Email hello@booktemplateco.shop with your order number and we will send a working link. Technical issues are always worth reporting.
Can I get a refund?
Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, but we do want to hear from you if something is wrong. Our Refund Policy explains the details.
